University Park Residence Phase 1 renovation work today. Designed and extended bed lines to compensate for St Augustine grass that would not thrive. Added mulch to one area and extended decorative gravel path in the other. Gravel was a 20 year old custom mix that we were able to blend and match! Quarries change over the years and finding and installing such a close match was well worth the effort! Phase 2 to follow next week. After/During/Before pics.
